Julia LaMendola (b.1976 U.S.A.)

Julie is best known for their work as a professional singer, experimental performer and intuitive composer. They have toured in bands and theater productions worldwide for over ten years. They are a highly skilled vocalist, do voice over acting, compose music for theater companies, and play bass, saw and various other instruments. Julia is certified in yoga teaching and is trained and certified in ethical psychedelic care and applied shamanism. They are a contemplative and mystic. They facilitate community spaces and activities where folks can sing, feel, be witnessed and heal together.

Julie was at the Whitney Museum of American Art in 2019 with 12 Shouts to the 10 Forgotten Heavens and in 2018 composed music for a performance at The Kitchen of Sasquatch Rituals. They previously performed and composed for the Obie award winning Nature Theater of Oklahoma theater company in their production of Life and Times.

They was in the film The Red Ferrari by Adam Green. They have also performed their own music at South By Southwest, Art Basel, Primavera Sound Festival, Danube Festival, and other major music festivals.

Their performances have been listed as "Best Live Band In Town" in the New York Press 2009 Music Poll.

In 2023 their band Endless Arrows released an album called Animals Keep Time, in 2022 Strangely Drawn, recorded in famous Log Cabin studio, in 2019 a solo album called Instruction.

Julia’s theater performances have been reviewed internationally and within the US in publications such as: Time Out New York, The New Yorker, The New York Times and Der Zeit.

Julia is a regular performer in Brooklyn and in Manhattan in her band Endless Arrows.

They completed training in yoga teaching in 2024 and went on to become certified in ethical psychedelic care. They have also been trained in applied shamanic journeying. Julie has been involved in various kinds of holistic healing and somatic work since they were eight. They have decades of practice and training in energetic healing, tarot, mystic living. They are still learning.
